    Very bad experienced!!

I made an order on 18/12/2011 at 5:30pm and waited for 3 1/2hour, and they called on 8:30pm and told me that they had canceled my order.

They don't even make an apology, yet they gave me an reason that I living too far from they're shop, too many orders, blah, blah, blah.

All of my family members were so hungry, we have to re-decide our dinner at almost 9pm!

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone unless someone want to feel the hungriness and waiting time for "never coming dinner" & the bad service!

The bread + curry is not that nice anyway. I really don't know whats all the praise about. I had one for dinner and after that I was constantly thirsty. To much MSG perhaps? I rather eat roti prata.

since day 1 when i tried it, i wrote it off my to-eat-list. the concept is quite a novelty, but the taste is quite revolting. and i dont know how & where the fan base evolved from... seriously, i think the ppl who enjoy it must have really poor taste.

Called in at 8.03pm to order for 6 of my friends. Person over the phone talks very fast. Always need to ask what he was saying. Heard he said delivery from 9-9.30pm. At 8.05 he called my hp to say they were out of stock for one item so we changed that item. The call was made from a different number. 9.15 I called both the hotline & the 2nd number a total of 11 times but nobody picked up the phone. There was nowhere to track our order. By 9.40 unsure of whether the delivery will be done, we left the house to have dinner elsewhere. 9.47pm rider called n said he reached the doorstep. I told him that i was already away as it was over the promised time. I have yet to tell him that I was unable to reach anyone thru the hotline when the rider replied in a spate of anger "ok ok nvm," and put down the phone. Afterwhich he sent me a sms "cannot wait don't order" followed by "this lah malay, order already cancel, bluff somemore"
If the phone lines were answered in the first place, we wouldn't have left the place. And needless to say the sms from the rider was totally uncalled for. This is how their operation works like. I am NEVER calling them again.

@azman, i noticed u started a new thread to share the same story as posted here. well, i know their svc & food aint fantastic, but, i think its starting to look like a full on golden pillow bashing session.

to be fair... under normal circumstances, when we call to order anything, be it; mcdelivery/ kfc/ pizzas (all of them), there's always a lead time to delivery. on average, delivery time is approx 30-45min. sometimes can stretch up to 1.5hrs for peak hour orders.

to think that established fastfood chain restaurants with comprehensive systems clock such timings, what more do we expect from smaller establishments?

besides, u were expecting guests to dine at your place, u place an order at 8pm. what were u thinking? gunning for supper? its the same concept as walking to a restaurant at 8pm without reservations & expect to be seated within minutes. u'd be lucky if there wasnt a queue, and seated by 845pm.

here's my advice. anything past 7pm, dont bother ordering deliveries. even if u step into the kitchen at 8pm to cook, u'd already finished eating by 9.30pm.
