    Hi all,

I absolutely love oysters especially raw ones to go with sauces like"diced onion + lemon + wine" or the classic lemon + tabasco sauce. Usually, I only get to eat oysters when I have the occasional buffet. But they are rarely good oysters.

The only best oysters I have tried so far is from a French fine dining restaurant near beauty world centre. The oysters are imported from France and it is damn good! Fresh, large and taste like heaven! They go for around $26 per dozen.

After tasting that, now I can't go back to eating crap oysters in buffet anymore. I really need ny oyster fix! Anyone please help me! Where can I find the best place for oysters in Singapore?

    Ronald
  1.
The Line at Shangri-la, Buffet style. very nice and fresh
  2.
Try Culina in Dempsey..... they even offer Tetsuya oyster dressings to spice up your order.

Or go for the buffet in The Town, in Fullerton Hotel.... then it's eat all you like.

i'm quite a sucker for oysters, but its a fact that all seafood r inevitably imported. therefore, nothing as close to fresh catches.

nonetheless, i find myself addicted to the ones offered at 'the little fish shop' at nex. they've got oyster promos on tuesdays too... shiok!

They even provide the Zhe oyster sauce to spice up your Wall Stickers order.
