I really love Valentines' Day, but i'm someone who really gets bored easily with the same old routines/things. I'm rather bad at cooking but i really wanted to try making chocolate this year for my guy. So i tried to find an easy way out, and to my surprise, it took me 20 minutes to finish making the chocolates. And to top it off, it tasted REALLY good. I just wanted to share these 3 flavors of chocolate for you guys to make, White Coffee flavored, Apple Blueberry flavored and Peach flavored.
Bitter-Sweet Love Affair (Big Heart-Shaped) Preparation Time: 15 Minutes Cost to prepare: $5.43 Ingredients: (For 1 serving) Gold Kili Double Shot White Coffee 1/2 Satchet Dark Cocoa 1/2 Pkt Butter 100g Method: (Quantity according to the size of your mould) 1. Melt a handful of dark cocoa using double boiler method or in the microwave oven for ease. Add in more cocoa if necessary. Microwave: melt 3 times at 30s each and remove from oven to mix and stir constantly. 2. Add in 1 generous tablespoon of butter to melted cocoa and stir until it completely blends in. 3. Add in 1/2 satchet of Gold Kili Double Shot White Coffee and stir mix well in cocoa. 4. In a heart-shaped mould, pour in mixture and flaten. Place in refridgerator till chocolate is set, and Bitter-Sweet Love Affair is done!
Peachy Romance Preparation Time: 20 Minutes Cost to prepare: $8 Ingredients: (For 12 cubes) Frezfruta Peach Jam 5 tablespoons White Cocoa (Less Sweet) 1/2 Cup Method: 1. Melt White cocoa using Double boiler method or in the microwave oven for ease. Add in more cocoa if necessary. Microwave: melt 3 times at 30s each and remove from oven to mix and stir constantly. 2. Pour white chocolate into mould and flatten base. 3. Drop Peach Jam in the center, do not overflow to the side. 4. Place into refrigerator for 10 mins to set. 5. Pour another layer of white chocolate to cover jam. Smoothen top and return to refrigerator for another 10 mins to let it set. 6. Once set, remove from mould and it is done!
